## How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:

2. We'll provide you with a return authorization and instructions
3. Pack your item securely in the original packaging
4. Ship the item to the address provided
## Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

## Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within **5-7 business days**.

## Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations:
